It might sounds a little suprising, but it works!
500ml almond milk
4 Tblsp oats
1 mug full (~220g) pumpkin puree
1-2 tsp molasses, to taste
1 banana, frozen ideally
2 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp nutmeg
8-9 ice cubes (if your blender does ice!)
2 Tblsp maple syrup
Combine all ingredients except ice and maple syrup, and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend, then add maple syrup and blend briefly. Serve topped with Whipped Coconut Cream and cinnamon if desired.
