Delicious on salads or as a snack.
½ cup of sesame seeds
½ cup of sunflower seeds
½ cup of pumpkin seeds
Method 1) Put the seeds on a baking tray with a little tamari & olive oil, mix well and bake in the oven for about 10 mins, until golden brown
Method 2) Do the same but grill the seeds, turning them over all the time
Method 3) Fry the seeds gently in the oil & tamari
Note: Be careful, do not let them burn
