French customs officers are on strike this week to demonstrate the potential effects of a no-deal Brexit on border ports. Unfortunately for us, this means four separate pallets of fresh fruit and veg that were due to arrive into Manchester tomorrow morning are stuck in the mile-long queue to reach the Calais port and could be delayed until Saturday morning at the earliest.
