Christmas week is here and we’re proud to present a comprehensive range of Christmas staples, the majority of which will come from Lancashire and Yorkshire growers!
With logistics anticipated to run normally, we’ve planned regular deliveries throughout the week and a great selection whichever day you choose to shop. Sprouts and sprout stalks will be freshly delivered every single day.
At the weekend, you’ll see popular Christmas lines such as parsnips & sprouts available to buy on your way into the shop… all part of trying to avoid the inevitable congestion around our potatoes.
Other produce worth mentioning are herbs. Expect an excellent selection of all aromatic herbs: thyme, rosemary, bay leaves, sage, as well as coriander and parsley.
Citrussy Christmas classics on offer include juicy clementines (Clemenvilla variety) and navel oranges. The latter are tasting great – both from Spain and Agrico-op in Sicily. Bloods oranges (Moro variety) make their usual festive appearance this week too.
