Ingredients
- 75 g cooked rhubarb & a thumb of chopped ginger
- 1 Tbsp natural sweetener
- ice cubes to serve & extra cooked rhubarb to garnish
- 150 g vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Place the cooked rhubarb, ginger, syrup and ice cream in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass over ice and garnish with extra rhubarb
