Ingredients
- 300-350 g pitted dates
- 240 ml boiling water
- 60 g cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
Instructions
- Pour boiling water over dates and set 10-15 minutes until soft. Blend until very smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. Chill completely (approx 3 hrs) before spreading on cupcakes.
