Miso romanesco
A lovely versatile side dish. Adapted from Emma Sorrell.
Ingredients
- 1 romanesco cauliflower in bite size florets
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 3 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 ½ tsp ras-el-hanout
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- pinch chilli flakes
- 2-3 tbsp water
- 1 clove garlic minced (optional)
- ½ tsp fresh ginger minced (optional)
Instructions
- Mix together spices, miso and oil. Stir in 1 tbsp water at a time to make a softer consistency. Toss with cauliflower.
- Roast in a large tray at 200° for 15-20min, toss, then another 5-10 min.
