Ingredients
- 2 red onions
- 2 celery sticks
- Bunch parsley
- Tin of mixed beans
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp vinegar cider or balsamic or a mixture
- Good pinch salt
Instructions
- Finely shred red onions, celery sticks & parsley (without the stalks). Mix with beans.
- Mix oil, vinegar and salt together and dress. Serve with a leafy salad
