Ingredients
- 100 g yellow pea or fava bean flour
- 100 ml water
- 200 g root veg grated (e.g., beetroot, parsnip, carrot)
- pinch black onion seeds
- pinch smoked paprika or chilli optional
- salt
- handful coriander chopped
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix together water and flour. Mix in veg, spices, salt and coriander. Place large spoonful of mixture into lightly oiled frying pan and cook a few minute each side.
