Tahini and Date Truffles
For Jewish New Year.
Ingredients
- ½ cup of date syrup
- ½ cup of light tahini
- 1 cup of fine walnuts
- 1 cup of desiccated coconut
- 2 cups of cacao nibs
- For Decoration: desiccated coconut / cacao powder
Instructions
- mix all the ingredients until you get a solid dough
- make small balls from the dough
- in a small plate place the desiccated coconut / cacao powder and roll the balls through them
- keep refrigerated
