Ingredients
- 200 g teff flour
- 1/2 tsp. of sea salt
- 120 ml maple syrup
- 120 ml sunflower oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 270 g peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C. Combine flour and salt. Separately blend syrup, oil, vanilla and peanut butter. Mix wet and dry together. Shape into walnut-sized balls, then flatten them gently with a fork. Bake 15 minutes.
