Walnuts, Cranberries and Pomegranate Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 85 g walnuts
- 200 g pitted dates
- 50 g dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- pinch of salt
- ½ Pomegranate
Instructions
- blend the walnuts in pulses for 15 seconds
- add the pitted dates, dried cranberries, coconut oil and salt to the blender and blend for about a minute until you get a sticky dough
- take out the seeds from ½ a pomegranate and add them to the dough. Make sure to remove the pith and dry the seed before adding them to the mixture
- make smalls balls from the dough
- keep refrigerated
