Miso romanesco

A lovely versatile side dish. Adapted from Emma Sorrell.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 romanesco cauliflower in bite size florets
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 ½ tsp ras-el-hanout
  • 1 tsp ground white pepper
  • pinch chilli flakes
  • 2-3 tbsp water
  • 1 clove garlic minced (optional)
  • ½ tsp fresh ginger minced (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Mix together spices, miso and oil. Stir in 1 tbsp water at a time to make a softer consistency. Toss with cauliflower.
  • Roast in a large tray at 200° for 15-20min, toss, then another 5-10 min.
